Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The building itself is quite impressive, surrounded by beautiful golf course views, but the overall management left much to be desired. While my room was charming, it felt cramped for three people, and the dining experience didn't quite match the expectations for a four-star hotel. There's potential here, but a few key improvements could make a big difference.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The amazing spa facilities and the lovely gardens were definitely highlights, making the experience both relaxing and picturesque. However, the dining experience was not up to par compared to what I had heard in the past, which was a bit disappointing. While the staff was friendly in some areas, the service in the restaurant needs improvement.
I recently hosted a two-day conference at this hotel and overall it was a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and the food was delightful. However, the room I stayed in had some issues and the hotel could benefit from refurbishment. Despite this, the staff truly made it memorable, and I feel it has the potential to shine once the necessary updates are made.
Our wedding at the hotel was absolutely unforgettable! The venue itself is stunning, especially with the winter decorations and cozy log fires. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, particularly our wedding coordinator, Sean, who was phenomenal. Though the building shows some age, it adds to its historic charm, and the dining experience was delightful. We had minor issues with some light bulbs in our rooms, but overall, the stay was perfect for our special day.
